I'm also up to every 4 weeks of color so Madison Reed is a great tip. Wondering if your stylist has an issue with the MR color taking the new color ( s)he applies over it??

I am dealing with hair loss and since I started using products by Virtue, I have definitely noticed a difference. There's quite a bit of research behind this company which sold me. I am not using the shampoo & conditioner with minoxidil .....just the one for thinning hair. They have various products to choose from. I am not noticing thicker hair...but a decrease in hair loss which is a huge benefit. Otherwise I'd be cooking with a hair net. Yikes. I am going to try their eyebrow product as well.

( menopause ugh! )

I don't know Virtue, but thanks for the tip. There's no issue with MR root touch up and my salon color. :)

Dyson airwrap is expensive but a game changer for fine thin hair! Also love Shore Magic collagen- notice a difference in hair and nail growth when used consistently

Interesting about it for fine thin hair. I only had one person tell me she didn't love it and she has thick, coarse hair. Thanks for chiming in!

I absolutely love my Dyson air wrap, and I have very thick, course hair. I used to use the Revlon dryer brush, but felt like it was doing too much damage - the air wrap is a game changer, in my opinion.

Your new color schedule had better not mess up our Friday pickle. 🙃

I’ve been using Holimane for over a year now (maybe even 2!) as well as holiradience. I find their products to be expensive to worth it. It keeps my hair super healthy and thick and my complexion great. I try to buy a few bags when they have sales to save some money. I add it to my morning coffee and blend it. Couldn’t be easier. I recommend you try it. High quality stuff and as we know good stuff ain’t cheap

I know the company is really honest and committed to high quality products. Good suggestion to wait for a sale!

Going gray was not easy, but a bit less daunting through COVID. I look back on the few pictures I have when it was growing out and it wasn't a good look. I'm happy now with how it came in, but it still can be a shock to see myself in pictures. I know this sounds superficial, but it does make me feel better when women compliment my gray hair. I know I'm lucky with how mine appears, more like highlights. Like Francene - my husband REALLY encouraged me to let it go gray LOL - and the same reason, the cost of the salon every 4-5 weeks. We could probably go on an international trip with the money saved. It does age you, know matter what anyone says.

Hi Pamela! All good info. I agree 100 percent on not loving the gray but loving on others! Re: collagen -I sell certified organic collagen from Green Compass. And my only advice is to make sure whatever collagen you take it is sourced in US and certified organic. Many products seem to be from US but aren’t. Love this newsletter! Xox

Oh Pamela, I hear you about the gray hair. I don't like my look either with gray hair. No way am I going gray. Hubby and I have had so many conversations about it-he says go gray you look pretty and I say that is not how I feel. We both know its all about how much I spend on my hair-LOL. During lock down I used Revlon root touch up-got me through many months. I also know many women can pull off the gray and they look beautiful. Happy Monday.

Yep, same here. Hubs thinks I look great gray, but I disagree and don't see it that way. One day.
