Pamela.....can I make your Walnut Vinaigrette this early??? Also....can you refresh my memory on using the outdoor grill ( if needed )to keep something warm??
I would wait on the walnut viniagrette. Make it over the weekend. Use the grill like a warming drawer. Heat it at low, about 250 degrees and you can keep things warm there.
