Happy Monday! To remind, you can leave comments or questions on this thread. Scroll to the bottom to see where. I love entertaining at home and I also love helping YOU entertain at home. I do get a lot of requests for easy menus to prepare for guests. Typically I come up with one or two per season and repeat them when I have friends over. Not to sound like a broken record, but the food is not the most important thing to focus on when entertaining. It’s having a good time. So plan what is doable for you and don’t be afraid to let your friends bring something if they offer.
If we buy sign up for an individual class, can we watch it at another time or do we have to do it at a specific time? Also, how are your classes different than the IG lives? Thanks so much. Love the recipes
Thanks for asking, Marilyn! You can watch the class whenever you want, as many times as you want. In a cooking class, I demonstrate 5 seasonal recipes that are brand new, never published before and I talk through techniques, swaps, products, prep ahead tips, etc. IG lives are random, unstructured, only 1 recipe and it has usually been published somewhere. IG lives are live, but the cooking classes are pre-taped and edited. Happy to answer any questions!
Love this! Would it be possible to send me the summer dinner party Part 1? Thank you!
Scroll back to June 26th!
Love this week’s recipes! Would you consider adding cheese to the arugula salad and if so what kind? Hoping to make this tonight for a few friends.
Sorry so late to respond! You could totally add cheese. Feta would be my first choice, even a little shaved parmesan would be nice. Enjoy!
WOW, everything looks amazing! I had to google labneh to see what it was. I may need to try it!
It's creamy and delicious and you might get hooked on it HAHA!

The crisp is AMAZING! It has been a hit this summer. We make it every Sunday for dessert to use up fruit from the week.
No one doesn't love a fruit crisp! And they're such a great way to use up fruit - fresh or frozen!
