It truly sets the tone for my day and makes me feel as though I have already accomplished things even before I start my work day. Another benefit of a morning routine or just habits in general, is that you can piggyback on those habits when you are trying to adopt a NEW habit. For example, let’s say you’d like to start a 5-minute meditation every day. You can attach that meditation to an existing habit, like making your bed.
