My mouth was watering at the idea of a spicy Caesar. Sign me up! I look forward to recreating this exact dinner. It’s filled with many of my favorites:) and adore the idea of adding tofu (since I’m the only vegetarian in our family). Perfect summer menu without slaving in the kitchen.
Additionally, I caught u and hubs on Instagram live making the orzo and meatballs. Because of that… and hubs love for the cookies he had at the W of Sonoma event I preordered the book.

Let me share one of my new finds that I think you might enjoy, as well.
It’s from a company called Soom Foods (zero affiliation). I ordered their chocolate tahini spread and it’s delicious. I now drizzle it over ice cream (sprinkling additional sesame seeds) and toss about 1/4 cup into my chocolate chip cookie dough recipes. Yummy! Honestly, I’m happy dipping my spoon in it straight up for a sweet treat or dipping fresh apple slices.
I also purchased their soom Tahini bites which are delish. I tried all three flavors and just repurchased the chocolate cherry. Their ingredients are clean:)

For the dressing I just put all the ingredients in a glass jar and shook the heck out of it - emulsified! 👍

I LOVE Soom tahini! I was just sent a few products including the chocolate and holy yum! The original tahini is so smooth. Great product!
