Happy Monday! Over the last decade, I have complained often about not having enough time to do all the things I enjoy. My days are filled with work, life maintenance (e.g. paying bills, washing dishes, putting away clean laundry), cooking for my family, exercise, etc. You’re probably the same. I used to have a long commute three days a week into LA to teach classes and I did NOT enjoy driving in traffic, so I “bundled” something I didn’t enjoy with something I did enjoy - learning. I discovered podcasts many years ago and now I am pretty hooked. I listen to podcasts in the car, if I’m taking a long walk, when I’m getting ready in the morning, and even when I’m cooking or washing dishes. I thought I would share some worthwhile podcasts I’ve listened to recently, as well as some other golden nuggets I’ve heard or read.
Podcast recommendations:
Happier with Gretchen Rubin
Terrible Thanks for Asking with Nora McInerny
The Happiness Lab with Dr. Laurie Santos
Dear Therapists with Lori Gottlieb and Guy Winch
Thanks for sharing podcast episodes you liked. I will be checking a few of them out.
