It’s the end of the month and I have a bunch of new favorite things that have come my way that I wanted to share with you!
I do a puzzle every day as part of my morning routine. Good for the brain! I layered that habit into my matcha habit so that it would stick. While I am waiting for my plant milk to heat up, I do Wordle, from the New York Times. I am now also doing Connections on the NYT app. I find Connections to be a bit more of a challenge since there is less luck involved.
Corpus body wash I have been using the Corpus spray deodorant for some time and it is my favorite. Yes, it works and the scent is lovely, but they no longer sell the Pomelo scent I like although I tracked it down and linked to it. I recently tried their body wash and I love it as well. Totally natural and the scent is very pleasant but light.
Drumroll Grain-free Donuts My friend Cammie introduced these to me and I thought they were a delicious, fun treat that can be enjoyed within many different dietary preferences. They are gluten-free, grain-free, with good ingredients, 10 grams of protein and only 1 gram of sugar.
Zwilling invited me to offer my community a free gift with purchase. With the purchase of the Enfinigy Personal Blender, and the code PAMELAS, you will receive a free blender cup! I use this personal blender constantly!
Movie Night | The Holdovers We recently watched this movie and loved it. It is a heart-warming comedy starring Paul Giamatti and it has been nominated for several Oscars, including best picture.
New show | True Detective Night Country We are 2 episodes into this season (I think this is Season 4) which stars Jodie Foster and we are into it! It’s dark and suspenseful, and flirts a bit with the supernatural. Not sure I am convinced I’d find Jodie Foster’s character in Alaska, but I love her as an actor.
Please check out my monthly online cooking class! I film a brand-new class with 5 recipes which is uploaded on the first of every month. The new February class is coming at the end of this week. You can watch as often as you want on your own time. There are two options for my online classes - buy one class or subscribe and have access to the entire library of YEARS worth of classes and recipes. Recipes stay exclusive to my class library for at least a year and some I never publish!
More Musings continues for paid subscribers with an amazing flax pudding recipe, and protein powder, awesome boots to wear in the rain for walking and light hiking, a great new hairdryer, plus my go-to powder dip nail color. Thank you for supporting my newsletter and my work!
